SOLOS is a FREE support group for adults grieving the death of loved ones who died by suicide. This is a drop in group, and there is no commitment required to attend. We meet on the first and third Tuesdays every month at 5:30 PM. The group meets at 1121 N. Argonne Rd., Suite 103, Spokane Valley, WA 99212. We honor that everyone grieves differently and we will meet you where you are at. If it is your first time coming, please let us know so we can help you be comfortable at your first meeting. Please feel free to reach out with questions. The group is facilitated by Heidi, a licenced mental health counselor, and Deb, a certified sound healer and suicide loss survivor.
