In-Network Insurance Plans: CHPW, Molina, Optum, Premera, Providence, United Healthcare.

Heidi can check on billing out of network if you do not have one of these plans. Billing is done through Lilac City Billing Services. Heidi does not do balanced billing, so if someone is using their insurance benefits, Heidi accepts the rate the insurance company agrees to pay, and clients are not responsible to make up the difference. However, deductibles and copays are still the responsibility of the client. Feel free to ask questions about billing anytime!
